Overview

The Office of Licensing is responsible for enforcing licensing standards for child-caring agencies under Chapter 409.175, F.S. Child-caring agencies provide children with temporary care and supervision in a safe environment. Child-caring agencies receive specialized training to support children through the incorporation of adequate service delivery, family engagement, and high-level supervision.
